A few more December looks . . . .

 cardigan: c/o shein

Fuzziness and leopard print? Feels slightly loud for me, but I like it!  This cardigan is really soft and I love the buttons and the length of it.

lace cami: c/o shein

I love wearing these under cardigans, and this one is only $12.  And comes in a lot of other colors too. It has adjustable straps which is necessary for these kind of tops for me!

boots: c/o shein

These boots are so cute.  They do run small and my big feet struggle to fit in them, so if you order them I'd suggest ordering a size bigger.   I'm going to deal with the crammed feet because I like them enough.  ; )

boots: c/o shein

I've been wanting a pair of over the knee boots but didn't want to spend a lot of money on them because I wasn't sure how much I'd wear them.  But I love these! They are perfect with these leggings and a longer sweater, and if I had them in the Fall I would've worn them with just a dress.  The back has the cutest little bow and they're under $30!

pajamas: c/o shein

For actually pajamas I end up in a soft t-shirt and pair of shorts, but I'm sure like most of us, I put on pajamas the second I am home.  And it has made me happier to have cute matching pajamas.  These ones are only $17 and I love them!

sweater dress: c/o shein

This sweater dress is one size but is quite stretchy, without being baggy.  It is super soft and is under $25.  Plus you can use code Q4forlauren for 15% off anything you order!

I'm off to wrap some more presents! Are you done with your shopping? Wrapping? I'm still in the I love wrapping presents phase and want to finish them before I stop enjoying it!

Slow down!

 sweater: c/o shein

I wore this sweater on Thanksgiving and it is one of my favorites.  It is soft and long enough for leggings and only $22.  Thanksgiving and the day after are my absolute favorite.  We had such a great few days with our family and I wish those days didn't go so fast!

I can't believe it's only two weeks until Christmas.  I want these weeks to slow down!

Here's few other new looks from shein.  Use code Q4forlauren for 15% off your order!

 sweater: c/o shein

This sweater is only $10!  It is a little itchy but if you wear a t-shirt under it, it felt better.  I love the colors of it.

 camo tee: c/o shein

This top comes in a few other fun camo prints.  It's long enough to tie at the side, or to probably cover your butt for leggings.  (And is only $16)

 coat: c/o shein

I kind of hate wearing coats because they're bulky and make me hot, but these are the kind of coats I can handle.  Shorter length and feels more like a big sweatshirt than a jacket.  This one had over 6,000 reviews so I figured it was a safe choice, and I love it!

Hope you have a great start to your week!

SHEIN Cyber Monday

 striped sweater: c/o shein

I think this is my favorite sweater I've ever ordered from shein.  I almost ordered one that looks exactly the same from American Eagle and am glad I didn't.  This one is $20, is the perfect length and is really comfortable.
turtleneck tunic: c/o shein
Pockets, cozy, leggings length.  Enough said!
red dress: c/o shein
This dress is really pretty.  I love it with a sweater over it and think I'll wear this for Christmas.  (Plus it's only $18!)

black dress: c/o shein
I picked this out thinking maybe I could wear it for Chris' work party.  I really like it but I definitely need a safety pin or something in the middle.  I love that it has adjustable straps, and it comes in a ton of colors and is only $20.
polka dot top: c/o shein
This top also comes in a few colors and is only $11.  It's a little longer in the back, which I like and the sleeves are fun!
sweater dress: c/o shein
Another cute sweater dress for $20.  I love it with this scarf ($5 from Old Navy!) and matches the sleeves perfectly.

The only kind of black Friday shopping I'll do (SHEIN Black Friday)

Image Map
 sweater: c/o shein

Are you an out and about Black Friday shopper?  I just have zero desire to be in stores that day. I don't even like to go into stores from now until Christmas because it's so crowded.  Thank goodness for online shopping right? (Or maybe not, because it really feels too easy to just order everything online!)  I got to pick out some new things from Shein and again love all of it.  Starting with this sweater.  I clearly have a consistent color pattern these days.  Give me all the neutrals.

 sweater: c/o shein

Another super cute sweater.  This one is a little boxier, but does anyway wear anything but high waisted jeans? I love the colors and the wider sleeves.

 sweater: c/o shein

I wore this sweater for my birthday dinner date, and Chris may have made fun of me for wanting to look like a cheetah, but I never trust his fashion opinion.  I love it and love that I can wear it with leggings or with jeans.

 top: c/o shein

I normally don't love tops like this because I feel like they aren't the most flattering, but this one had a ton of good reviews, came in a lot of colors and was only $12.  I think it's really cute and think the burgundy or green color would be great for Fall and Winter.

 sweater: c/o shein

I used to wear leggings and dresses all the time when I was teaching.  Now I just about always wear jeans (the few times I'm not wearing leggings and workout clothes).  But I wanted some longer sweaters that I could wear with leggings and this one is perfect.

cozy cardigan: c/o shein

Last is this cardigan.  This one had a ton of good reviews and looked so soft.  And it definitely is.  I think I may wear it like a robe over pajamas but I will totally wear it just like this out too.

Shein has a ton of Black Friday deals and you can use code BF191502 for 15% off anything you order!
Happy almost Thanksgiving!

I'm not ready

Image Map
sweatshirt: c/o shein

If you don't live in the midwest, you probably do not want to hear about the snow that is already predicted for tomorrow.  I am not ready for snow and would be happy if it would hold off at least a few more weeks till closer to Thanksgiving.  But on the plus side that means we get to wear all the cozy things like this sweatshirt. I would not call this flattering really one bit, but it may be the softest top I own and I love it.

Here are some other cute tops I'm loving that make the transition to cold weather a little more tolerable:

flannel top: c/o shein  shoes: target  tee: aerie

This flannel top is light weight and would also look cute buttoned up or with a longer tee under in and leggings (and is only $15).  The amount of flannels in my closet may be getting a little out of hand.

cardigan: c/o shein   jeans: american eagle   shoes: target

Perfect Fall cardigan! I love the colors and the length, and it is only $20!

striped tee: c/o shein   jeans: american eagle

This basic long sleeve tee can be worn tucked in, tied and is long enough to cover your booty to wear with leggings.  The model is wearing it off the shoulder which is cute, but I have yet to figure out how to pull that look off!

v-neck tee: c/o shein

And last is this top that is perfect for under cardigans or button up tees.  I love that it's longer in the back too, so it'll be perfect for leggings.  (Plus it's only $9!)

Booties?

Image Map

sweater: c/o shein   boots: c/o shein

The other day I told Addi that her booties would be good with what she was wearing and she started cracking up and thought that I made up that they were called booties.  I mean I don't blame them, it does sound a little ridiculous.  Either way I love these booties.  I have far too many pairs, but none that were black so these just made sense to buy, right?

And I'm not so sure how much I'll wear these fake "leather" leggings, but I've wanted a pair for awhile and they were under $10 at Target, so worth a shot!  And I think they're perfect with this sweater.  It's the perfect length and would look cute with jeans too.  It comes in a ton of colors and is $21, but you can use code Q4forlauren for 15% off your order.

Happy Birthday Shein - 11 year anniversary!

Image Map

sweater: c/o shein   jeans: american eagle  shoes: dsw

Shein is celebrating their 11th anniversary and to celebrate let me pick out a few items to share with you.  I've worked with Shein for over five years and have gotten so many cute things from them. It's getting harder and harder to pick out items each time because I like so many things!  I always always read the reviews.  Sometimes sizing is weird, but for every item you can always look at the measurements which help.  Most times I'm a small or medium, and usually stick with tops or dresses. I also always read the reviews and usually pick items that have a ton of good reviews.  I love each things I got and can't wait to wear them this Fall and Winter!  You can use code 11SH275 for 15% off your order!

I probably don't need any more leopard print tops, but I love this sweater.  It's a little cropped but every pair of pants I own these days are very high rise, so I like the shorter sweaters.  I love the pink in it.

 sweater: c/o shein

I have one cardigan like this and love it, so was excited to get another one in a different color.  This one is super cute and can be worn buttoned like this or open with a tank top or shirt underneath.

top: c/o shein   jeans: american eagle   booties: old navy

I'm usually not a big fan of the peplum top, but love this one.  Maybe it's because of the buttons. But it's flowy and soft and only $14, and also comes in a really pretty purple.  Side note. I got these booties on clearance at the end of Winter last year for $10 and was super excited when I pulled them out of my Fall/Winter clothes bin.

coat: c/o shein  jeans: american eagle   shoes: target

Well now I'm ready for snow.  Kidding.  Let's hold off for a solid month or two please.  But when it comes I will be wearing this coat.  I love everything about it.  The mustard color, the higher neck and puffiness.  But I will repeat.  I am not ready for winter.

 hoodie: c/o shein

This hoodie is only $10! It's a little thicker so definitely better for cooler weather, which we are headed right there.  There's a pink option too, but I love this red color.  It's more of a rust color which is my favorite.  This is a size medium, and runs on the smaller side in my opinion as it isn't very stretchy.

sweatshirt: c/o shein

Last is this super fuzzy sweatshirt.  I accidently ordered it twice and shared it the other week.  Oops.  Which means I have one up for grabs.  ;)  Probably because I thought it looked so comfy and had so many good reviews.  And it's only $15, which means you probably need it.

Happy Shopping!
