Last weekend Chris and I hosted a Minute to Win it party and it was so much fun. Each couple that came brought supplies for one or two games. We found directions for the games on the
Minute to Win it website.
We did couples verses couples and for most of the games where there were enough supplies, we did all the girls at one time and all the guys at one time. Whoever did it under a minute earned one point and whoever did it the fastest earned a second point. A few of the games we had to do one or two people at a time.
As you can tell it made for some quite attractive pictures of all of us. And definitely gave us all many many laughs.
Panty hoes over your head: this game definitely got the most laughs.

And this would be my proud moment. For the bite me game you had to pick up the paper bag with your mouth and nothing but your feet touching the floor. There are five bags and each one gets smaller and smaller, with the last one being two inches. I didn't even know if I could get one with this 9 month pregnant belly but somehow managed to get each one.
Chris also got all five so I think it's safe to say our baby is going to be quite flexible!
You should probably start planning your own minute to win it party. We had such a great time and will definitely have to do this again!
Looks like so much fun! I am I pressed your flexibility!! But, that photo of you bending forward makes me a little nervous...like you could tip over at any moment. 😬
ReplyDeleteHahah I love this idea! I think I will be doing my own version with my friends soon.
ReplyDeleteThis is so fun! My inlaws are the children directors at their church and they do these all the time :) so funny!!
ReplyDeleteI do these games with my leadership class at school (and in the assemblies) all the time. We've done the panty hose one and it cracks me up every time!

ReplyDeleteHa, too funny. Our girls were playing "water" pong (well, only because the youngest is under age, LOL)
ReplyDeleteHaha! How fun! I can't believe you managed to get in a position like that while pregnant. You should have no trouble at all giving birth. ;)
ReplyDeleteI'd do the party... but it might be a no cameras allowed party!

Hilarious! Love it. Game night sounds like something we need to do around here.
ReplyDeleteOh goodness, what fun!!! I want to host a party like this now! :-)
ReplyDeleteAre you kidding me?! That last picture is AMAZING. Way to go! I attended a Minute to Win it party once. My friend and I almost had to stop being friends because of a fight we got into over the game where you have to stack the golfballs. I'm only sort of kidding about that. I have problems.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea for a party! I am now following you... can you return the favor? http://acutelifestyle.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteI've never heard of this but now I'll have to Google it, because it seems like a BLAST!
ReplyDeleteThis party looks like so much fun! And the paper bag one looks really hard, I don't even think I can get the first one, hahahaa.
ReplyDeleteSHUCH A FUN IDEA!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThis looks like way too much fun, it should definitely become an annual party if not more often!!
ReplyDeleteThis is the greatest party idea EVER. I love parties that involve games and actually doing stuff. They are so much more fun than just sitting around drinking. Especially since I barely drink.
