3. Speaking of Winter, we've had nothing like Winter weather lately. It was 70 degrees this day! Hard to believe I can not wear tights or leggings in December.
4. Last weekend we ate this delicious homemade apple pancake. It tastes very similar to the huge apple pancakes they have at Richard Walker Brothers.
5. Although it hasn't felt like winter this week, last week it did and we enjoyed a few fires. I love having a fireplace!
