sweater: loft leggings: jcpenny boots: dsw
Let's just throw it out there that I just may have lost any ability to put together any outfit that doesn't result in leggings and a big sweater.
But seriously what I am supposed to wear everyday that is comfortable, easy to nurse in and really mostly just comfortable?
sweater: gift jeans: target boots: screaming owl headband: james monroe
In other news I've been thinking about doing some sort of mama/baby style link up. Mostly because Addilyn is becoming a far better and cuter dresser than myself. And because I think it will be a good use of time (or maybe a disaster) trying to take pictures of a wiggly six month old.
I have so many blogging friends with little girls (and a few boys out there) around Addilyn's age and I know I love reading posts about them and seeing pictures of their cute selfs.
I'm aware this is no genius new idea and there probably is a what kids wore link up or twenty out there which is why I'm hesitant. I'm also afraid no one would link up and I'd feel like the last one not picked for a game during gym. Or for my scaring moment it was when my brother and friends told me I didn't know how to play GI Joes and couldn't play with them.
So tell me blogging friends with babies and kids: would you link up to a post with outfit details about your baby or you and your baby?
I'd link up with the Granster, sounds fun! If you want a co-host I'd be up for that too :)
ReplyDeleteI almost bought that sweater from LOFT. Now, I'm wishing I would have...it looks good on you :) If I had a baby I would definitely link up. No babies here though, for which I am grateful! I'm just too old for that :)
ReplyDeleteYou can count on me to link up! Fun idea because my baby usually looks far cuter than I do most days :)
ReplyDeleteIf I had a kiddo I'd totally link up! :-)
ReplyDeleteI would totally link up. Brighton is way better dressed than I ever am.
ReplyDeleteLove this idea, maybe it could be a monthly link up???? I'd totally join in!

ReplyDeleteI just love her clothes. My girls are getting older and wanting to dress like homeless people. I can't wait until that phase ends.
ReplyDeleteI'm all about this! As long as I can wear a sweater with leggings and my baby girl can sport the latest Target fashions. :)
ReplyDeleteAHHH I just adore her. She's growing right before our eyes :)
ReplyDeleteI've lost all knowledge & desire to wear anything other than leggings and comfy pants.. good thing we've had 3 snow days from school this week.. :) HA!! as for the mama baby style,, so precious. I hope it's still going on when Lyla comes .. whenever that is! haha. LOVE YOU!

ReplyDeleteSweaters and leggings are my go to outfit also! Haha I love them!! I would link up :) even though brooks is a boy.. He's pretty stylish haha
ReplyDeleteLove the sweater and leggings. I am currently living in cardigans and yoga pants as find it easier to nurse and be comfortable as well.
ReplyDeleteLove Addilyn's sweater and boots!! So cute :)
I would link up for a post with outfit details, however warning as I mentioned in my other comments that I have no sense of style!!!
That's a great idea!! I love seeing cute baby outfits and your daughter is a cute fashionista!! :)
ReplyDeleteFirst off, I love her sweater! So adorable! Also, there is nothing wrong with a big sweater and leggings. There is everything right about that combo for a mama of a baby. You look cute, and it's functional :)
ReplyDeleteAlso, I would definitely be in! It would give me an excuse to, you know, get ready and stuff. And who doesn't like to show off their baby?
