. . . for Lauren and Lauren: Oh to be 8 . . . .

Oh to be 8 . . . .

Somehow my follower problem was solved, and then broke again! I have no idea what is going on! I was seriously upset this morning when I thought my followers had been lost! Hopefully it will all be fixed soon!

Today this was a conversation I had with some of my students who came in from recess in absolute hysterics. It took over 5 minutes to try to get the girls to stop crying enough to get anything out. Turns out they were hysterical because of their guilty conscience.

Me: "Can one of you tell me what happened?"
Student: "Well, last week Conner asked if he could come to my birthday party and I told him he could if I could control him at recess for one week. And so he's done whatever I've said until today when he didn't want to play soccer."

Turns out the girls then tackled Conner for not letting them "control him." Needless to say we had lots to talk about. Wow . . . . the life an eight year old is rough.

LMAO!!! I love this post! I have a 6 year old and some of the drama that goes down on the playground is truly TV worthy! LOL! Thanks for commenting on my blog. I always appreciate people taking time to say something!

Haha! Too cute, oh the days of recess! I teach Sunday school and have about a dozen 4-5yr olds, it definitely keeps life interesting working with kids. You just never know what they will say next.
btw.. I'm a big animal print fan =) love the cardigan!
