nursing/carseat cover: c/o these hidden gems
I didn't have a product like this when Addilyn was little and knew I wanted one for Isaac. While I've gotten pretty comfortable nursing in front of others without a cover, there are definitely situations where I want one, like sitting next to my father-in-law or at church. When Addilyn was born I had a cover but it was thick material, I'd get super sweaty when I tried to use it and she was always kicking it off. I love that this cover is light weight, goes right around my neck and is soft and comfortable. Plus it's thin and can easily be added in my diaper bag without taking up much space.
But my favorite thing about this product so far is that I can use it as a car seat cover. We've been out to stores a handful of time, and especially with Isaac being so little I did not want anyone to touch him or get too close. The cover is perfect because it leaves a little hole at the top so I can still see his face, but protects him from others invading his space! Plus the older he gets, hopefully it'll help him stay asleep when we're out. I used it on our walk the other day when it was a little windy and it was the perfect cover to block the wind.

I bought one like this for Tenley and can't wait to use it! I didn't have one for my boys, either. I mean...one I could use a carseat cover of any kind. I had nursing covers I didn't like, too. I think I will enjoy this one much more!
